Important Information
The BVAW SARDINIA EXPERIENCE takes place at the **** Perdépera Resort, so booking accommodation at this establishment is mandatory. The hotel offers exclusive discounted rates for our participants in various meal plans, both for those attending the training camp and for any accompanying guests.
To book your spot in the training camp, you must first complete the hotel stay reservation. Don’t forget to enter the code BVAW in the “Discount code” section during the booking process to access special rates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it necessary to have a good level of play to participate in your event?
No, our events are amateur and therefore everyone can participate regardless of their technical and physical ability starting from 18 years of age.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?
The refund is not foreseen but we can grant a voucher of the same amount valid for 1 year to participate in another BVAW event. If the voucher does not cover the higher cost of the new event, it is necessary to integrate the difference.
Can I participate only in the tournaments?
No, in order to play in the tournaments, it’s necessary to have participated in at least two days of the previous training camp. You can choose to complete the entire camp or the number of days you prefer, but always with a minimum of two days.
What is the official language of the camp?
All training sessions and activities will be conducted in English, but our coaches also speak Italian, French, Spanish and Czech.
If I dont have a partner for the final tournament, can I still participate?
Of course you can. We will take care of finding a partner for you.
Is there an age limit?
If you are 18 years old or older, you can participate without any issue.
Are the airport transfer and flight included in the camp?
No, those expenses are not included in the camp price.
What happens if I can't attend the entire camp?
It’s not a problem, you can register for a minimum of two training days plus the weekend tournament.
