Pricing and refunds

Is the price per player or per team?

The price is per player and category. You can register just for you or for all your partners, in that case, you will pay the total amount (number of players x number of categories).

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

The refund is not foreseen but we can grant a voucher of the same amount valid for 1 year to participate in another BVAW event. If the voucher does not cover the higher cost of the new event, it is necessary to integrate the difference.
