Game

Is it necessary to have a good level of play to participate in your event?

No, our events are amateur and therefore everyone can participate regardless of their technical and physical ability starting from 18 years of age.

Can I participate in more than one game category in the same event?

Of course, our events are designed so that you can play in all available categories, 2×2 mixed, 4×4 mixed and 2×2 women or 2×2 men. Each of these categories takes place during a different day of competition.

Is it necessary to have a good level of play to participate in your event?

What happens if my partner with whom I am registered cannot finally attend?

You must write to info@bvaw.org explaining your situation and you can find another partner to replace the previous one using the registration fee of those who do not participate.

What day should I check in for my category?

Check-in for all categories opens on the Wednesday afternoon prior to the start of the event and takes place in the organization’s tents located on the central beach of the event.

Although it is advisable to do it at least the day before the start of the category in which you participate, you have a limit of up to 1 hour before the start of the competitions in your category.

Check in must be done by all team members?

It is not necessary, but if someone is unable to attend, her/his partner must carry with her/him at the time of check-in printed the QR code of whoever is absent to be able to validate it and pick up her/his playing shirts and identification bracelets.

COVID-19

What happens if due to a re-outbreak of COVID the event must be canceled?

In case of cancellation of the event due to a re-outbreak of COVID, the organization will return the amount of the registration (s) paid by each participant (discounting bank fees) within 30 days after the cancellation of the event.

Pricing and refunds

Is the price per participant or per team?

The price is per participant and category. You can register just for you or for all your partners, in that case, you will pay the total amount (number of players x number of categories).

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

The refund is not foreseen but we can grant a voucher of the same amount valid for 1 year to participate in another BVAW event. If the voucher does not cover the higher cost of the new event, it is necessary to integrate the difference.

Palmanova 2020 voucher

I have a voucher for the event PALMANOVA 2020 canceled due to the pandemic. How should I be able to use it?
Anyone who has paid their registration to one or more categories in BVAW PALMANOVA 2020, after the cancellation of the event due to the global pandemic, has received a voucher for the exact value of what they paid at the time.

It can be used in any of the next official BVAW events. To do this, you must follow the following link: https://bit.ly/BVAWvoucher and complete the required steps in the process.

I have a voucher for the event PALMANOVA 2020 canceled due to the pandemic but I don't want to or can't use it and I want my money back. It's possible?

Of course, if you cannot or do not want to use the voucher in any other BVAW event, you will be able to receive your money within 30 days after the end of the first event held by BVAW after the break forced by the pandemic, as specified in the written conditions in the voucher.
